In honor of the New Year, 2021, and after the FSB of the Russian Federation detained his godson, the “chief huntsman of Crimea” Sergei Kompaneitsev, the “Head of Crimea” Sergei Aksenov “granted” the sanatorium “Ukraine” to the “head office” of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. The comfortable health resort located in Gaspra was previously renamed into the “Rodina Federal State Institution” due to fear of the word “Ukraine”.

The New Year’s gift [5] was caused by the fact that on January 1, the main protector of Aksenov in Moscow, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Viktor Grin’ was retired to pension [1]. He was known for the fact that, with the permission of the Russian president, he ruined the criminal case against the “right hand” of Aksenov, the former “mayor of Yalta” Andrei Rostenko. The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation received the sanatorium “Russia” as a gift from the “government of Crimea” for this at the end of 2019 [1].

By these events, the group “Saylem” Aksenov made an enemy in the person of the General of the Investigative Committee Mikhail Tumanov, who arrested Rostenko at the insistent request of the owner of the Russian “Sberbank” German Gref. After all, then Tumanov received a penalty after the intervention of the General Prosecutor`s Office of the Russian Federation, which stood up for Rostenko [2].

At the end of 2020, Sergei Aksyonov faced similar problems, since his godson, “the chief huntsman of Crimea”, “deputy minister of ecology” Sergei Kompaneitsev was arrested on charges of bribery [3]. Another gift of the sanatorium, stolen from Ukraine, to the federal security forces, namely to the department of his enemy Tumanov, speaks of Aksyonov’s attempts to postpone his sending to “long-term self-isolation in Russian military hospitals”. Moreover, stay in such institution recently ended with the sudden death of his close associate, the Crimean “minister of emergency situations” Shakhov [4].

However, such “gifts” of sanatoriums, stolen from Ukraine in Crimea, to the Russian federal security forces are the attempts to legalize criminal prey. They should become the basis for the introduction of international sanctions for such criminal organizations as the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, engaged to the misappropriation of stolen goods.
