Head of the NATO Representation to Ukraine Alexander Vinnikov and First Deputy Foreign Minister Emine Dzheppar discussed militarisation of Crimea and violation of human rights on the occupied peninsula during their meeting on 22 July, Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.

‘The participants of the meeting focused on Russia’s militarisation of the Crimean peninsula, violation of human rights on the occupied territories, deepened cooperation in the Black Sea region to ensure safety and security and the multinational exercise Sea Breeze 2020 in the Black Sea,’ the MFA’s statement reads.
