Since 2020 and till the broad Russian aggression began against Ukraine in February 2022 our Association sent more than 50 submissions and proposals to UN human rights’ strictures, devoted to the violation of human rights in the Russia-occupied Crimea; major part of them were published in the official web-sources of UN bodies, that work in the framework of UN Human Rights Council’s mandate.

As the level of violation the human rights by Russian invaders in the occupied Crimea, parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, also as in newly Russia-occupied territories of Ukraine become non-precedent in last four months this expert work was activated and after February, 24, 2022 our Association sent to the UN Human Rights Council’s bodies more than forty submissions and inputs, much part of them were published by UN bodies and it was in compliance with resolutions of UN Human Rights Council 49/1 and S-34/1, that condemned Russian aggression in framework of human rights gross violations.

For example in last week Association sent its proposals to the agenda of the IV UN Forum on Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law, to the draft of the Draft Convention on the Right to Development developed by the UN Intergovernmental Working Group and for the list of issues of the UN Committee on Enforced Disappearances in framework on Ukraine first state report on this convention submitted to UN. Our expert structure will continue such permanent activities in future.
