Currently, Russian propaganda and intelligence agencies are actively promoting the issue of the “death penalty” for two citizens of Great Britain and a citizen of Morocco, Russia-captured military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the criminal “trial” of which was hastily held by the occupiers in Donetsk.

The qualification of these aggressor’s crimes will be provided by the experts of our Association. At the same time, the Crimean collaborators’ “reaction” to these events seems to be important. So yesterday, on the aggressor-controlled “TV channel” “Crimea 24”, during the “discussion of this issue”, theses began to spread about the allegedly “expediency and necessity” of the death penalty as such.

Boris Yakemenko, Associate Professor of the Russian University of Peoples’ Friendship, stated this on the air; the aggressor also spread the statement of “veteran of the Crimean penal system” Mykola Znoev that allegedly “the death penalty is a lesson for everyone” and the fake theses of the so-called “Berkut” “Crimean battalion commander” about allegedly “relatives of people killed by the Nazis”.

Thus, the aggressor-fabricated “Donetsk case” is not only an obvious attempt at criminal pressure by the Russian special services on the British government. It is likely to become the “basis” for the criminal “introduction of the death penalty” by Russia itself, in particular in the occupied Crimea, as well as in the Russia-occupied regions of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.

The Russian invaders do not yet see other mechanisms of its criminal control over the population of the occupied territories, which is obviously not loyal to the Kremlin, than direct terror in the form of intimidation by public executions.

After all, criminally thinking about the fake “Russian jurisdiction” in these territories, in which there is still no formal death penalty, and where the Russian invaders hide the executions of Ukrainian patriots now, aggressor obviously came to the criminal “conclusion” that this alleged “mistake” should be “corrected”, to make Russian terror public.
