Russian-controlled Sevastopol media reported a massive sudden death of seabirds in city’s Krugla (Omega) Bay. This part of the city was traditionally a relatively clean area and therefore it is difficult to “connect” the environmental incident on the traditional Sevastopol’s problems, connested with the discharge of sewage or petroleum products.

At the same time, the aggressor’s Black Sea Fleet military hospital and the occupiers’ helicopter plant, which has military depots and its own berths, are discharging their effluents into Krugla Bay.

It is possible that from these berths the aggressor’s ships and submarines of the Black Sea Fleet were loaded with ammunition and supplies for the shelling of mainland Ukraine. Most likely, the birds were poisoned by the components of the ammunition, which got into the water due to the negligence of the Russian military.
