After the obvious and complete failure of the aggressor’s campaign on March 4-6 to proclaim fake “people’s mayors” and “people’s self-defense” in Southern Ukraine, as well as taking into account the “slippage” of the Russia’s offensive, in the situation of refusal of the vast majority of Ukraine’s self-government structures to cooperate with the occupiers, the Russian special services change the tactics of political presence in the occupied territories. Now the aggressor plans to “declare a transitional government” “under the auspices” of convicted ex-president Viktor Yanukovych, which will hold “elections” in the occupied territories of mainland Ukraine to form local “administrations”.Under such conditions, Russian propaganda calls on the inhabitants of the Kherson Region to “work for the benefit of the Russian market” and to provide food for the occupied Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory. Of course, why this food crisis is expected in those regions is silent by Russians. Also, according to reports from Kherson and Melitopol, the occupiers are frantically restoring the railway infrastructure leading to these areas from the peninsula, to transfer their troops and take to the Crimea looted valuables of the Ukrainian economy.
