As it was reported from Sevastopol, on the morning of February 4, two Russian navy’s submarines project 636.3 “Varshavyanka” arrived in the city by sea. The probable purpose of the arrival should be to replenish the “Caliber” missiles for submarines, which are launched from them to hit Ukraine mainland’s objects, including civilian infrastructure. It will be recalled that according to published data, such launches by the Russian aggressor on the mainland of Ukraine have been more than 70 since February 24. Maritime violations by Russia of international maritime and humanitarian law during such attacks have already been assessed by the UN General Assembly and the UN Human Rights Council, they are currently being considered by the International Maritime Organization and the IAEA.
