It became known from our sources that the Aggressor State was preparing a new provocation to “close” for navigation the large areas of the waters of the Azov and Black Seas, allegedly for rocket firing. Such a closure may also affect the recommended sea routes for merchant shipping, which are important for the ports of mainland Ukraine.
The next discriminatory measures of the authorities of Russia and its occupation “administration” not only undermine the safety of navigation, but will also prevent the proper execution of international obligations by the authorized state bodies of Ukraine in its maritime economic zone.
At the same time, not far from the coast of mainland Ukraine, the Russian medium reconnaissance ship “Ivan Khurs” continues active spy activities, as our Association has already reported. The arrival in the Black Sea from the Syrian port of Tartus of Russia’s six large landing ships, which are not part of the Black Sea Fleet of Russia, is also confirmed.
