On August 20, the “Head of Crimea” Sergey Aksyonov was involved in a conference call “on improving and developing the activities of military commissariats”, held by the Russia’s National Center for Defense under the leadership of Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu. The event was dedicated to the concept of “equipping military enlistment offices with modern technical tools”, lobbied by the head of the Main Organizational and Mobilization Directorate of the Russia’s Ministry of Defense, Yevgeny Burdinsky, to speed up the processing of documents, primarily for conscripts.

It is noteworthy that at the meeting, Sergey Aksyonov pledged to implement the “program for the military enlistment offices’ development” in the Crimea and “to give them a modern look” by the end of 2023. Thus, the Russian invaders’ “administration” expects to combine its complicity in the international crime of “conscription” the Crimean residents into the Russian army with the “successful development” of the next tens of billions of the “federal investments”.
