On February 26th the on-line discussion on Russian policy in the Black Sea was held with participation of Ukrainian and foreign European experts. This event, organized by the educational center “Perspectiva Oxford” was moderated by captain of first rank Andrii Ryzhenko, who served as an Assistant Minister for the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine [1]. During the discussion experts evaluated risks related with militarization of the Black and Azov Sea basins by the aggressor state in framework geopolitical strategy. Among others the issue of role of the Strategy of De-occupation of Crimea, announced by the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council’s Secretary for the maritime security was highlighted by the proposals of the “ARC” experts, which joined this on-line discussion.
